Blog 2 - No Job Too Small
Many builders only take on the big projects such as extensions, loft conversions etc and although here at London Property Services we also carry out such work, we also have a motto that 'No job is too small.'
We believe that every job is important, no matter what the size and so we welcome enquiries from clients for even small repairs.
The pictures below show such a job we carried out recently in Central London.
This was the entrance to a front garden of a terraced property where the angle beads had become rusty and the rendering had cracked and was damaged.
This is common in properties of this age.
We removed the damaged sections of the wall, inserted new stainless steel angle bead, as this will stop the rust bleeding in the future and re-rendered.
Once the render has dried the wall can then be painted using exterior masonry paint.
Our client was pleased with the finish and we were happy that we were able to carry out the work for them.
